Jinsheng Aluminum Group is a conglomerate dedicated to the R&D and innovation of aluminum decorative materials. Its subsidiaries include Jinhong Aluminum (Beijing) Co., Ltd., Beijing Jinshengxing Aluminum Co., Ltd., Jinsheng Aluminum (Langfang) Co., Ltd., Dezhou Jinsheng Aluminum Co., Ltd., and Dezhou Lesbao New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. The group has served as a participating drafting unit in the revision of the industry standard “Powder-Coated Porcelain-Finished Metal Panels,” the national standard GBT 23443 “Aluminum Composite Panels for Architectural Decoration,” and the national standard GBT 23444 “Ceiling Panels Made of Metals and Metal Composites.” Its core product lines comprise high-quality curtain wall aluminum composite panels, interior aluminum composite panels, metal honeycomb panels, and hyperbolic aluminum panels, with two major production bases located in Dachang, Langfang, and Dezhou, Shandong Province.
Langfang Production Base
The Langfang production base is located in the Dachang High-Tech Industrial Development Zone of Langfang City, Hebei Province, covering an area of over 130 mu. It features 65,000 square meters of production workshops and a 5,600-square-meter office building. Currently, the facility includes four sheet-metal workshops, two hyperbolic-forming workshops, one painting workshop with two production lines, and three CNC leveling-and-straightening lines for aluminum panels. The equipment has a daily production capacity of up to 4,000 square meters, with fluorocarbon coating capacity reaching 6,000 square meters per day, resulting in an annual production capacity of 1.3 million square meters and an annual fluorocarbon-coating capacity of 1.6 million square meters. Total investment amounts to RMB 250 million, with annual sales expected to reach RMB 400 million.
Texas Production Base
The Dezhou production base is located in the Tianqu Industrial Zone of Dezhou City, Shandong Province, covering an area of over 260 mu. It includes a 6,000-square-meter office building and a 9,000-square-meter dormitory building, as well as four large-scale production workshops with a total floor area of 120,000 square meters. The facility is equipped with aluminum single-panel production lines, aluminum honeycomb panel production lines, and large fully automated powder-coating assembly lines, achieving a daily production capacity of 8,000 square meters for aluminum panels and 12,000 square meters for fluorocarbon-coated panels. Annual production capacity reaches 3 million square meters for aluminum panels and 3.6 million square meters for fluorocarbon-coated panels. Total investment amounts to RMB 450 million, with annual sales expected to reach RMB 800 million.
From the very beginning, the Group has established a comprehensive quality-control system and implemented an advanced ERP management platform to achieve meticulous oversight of the entire production process. This includes rigorous inspection of raw materials, real-time monitoring of manufacturing operations, and thorough product testing at every stage, with strict quality checks at each step. The Group also employs barcode-based tracking for all products, ensuring that every detail—from each processing step to the exact quantity shipped—is accurately recorded and verified. As a result, a complete set of standards and standardized management procedures has been put in place, effectively guaranteeing product quality.
