Negative-ion aluminum panel
Introduction:
Negative oxygen ions can actively seek out, capture, and cause airborne pollutants to settle by adsorption; however, they are highly unstable. In clean air, their lifespan is only a few minutes, whereas in dusty environments it drops to just a few seconds. Consequently, the concentration of negative oxygen ions in urban air is typically very low.
The R&D team at Jinsheng Aluminum Group is dedicated to the development of new materials and has collaborated with globally renowned supplier networks to jointly develop and launch negative-ion aluminum composite panels. These panels not only boast high strength, durability, and excellent decorative appeal, but also enable water molecules in the air to collide with the negative-ion materials embedded in the coating through the pores of the polymer film on the panel’s surface. Under the influence of the strong electric field near the negative-ion particle electrodes, these collisions result in the ionization of water molecules into hydroxide ions and hydrogen ions. The hydroxide ions then enter the air, attracting surrounding water molecules to form hydrated hydroxyl ions—effectively generating airborne negative ions—and thereby increasing the concentration of negative ions in the air.
Features:
1. Continuous release of negative ions: When moisture in the air comes into contact with the coating on the aluminum panel surface, electrolysis occurs, generating negative ions.
2. Removal of harmful gases and odors: The negative-ion coating on the surface of aluminum composite panels continuously releases negative ions, which constantly neutralize and degrade the harmful gases (positive ions) emitted by indoor pollution sources.
