Product Overview:
Aluminum composite thermal-insulation and decorative panels, also known as energy-saving decorative aluminum panels, are prefabricated, panel-shaped materials manufactured in the factory. They are produced by laminating a decorative finish layer with an insulation layer, combining energy efficiency and aesthetic decoration in one product. The decorative finish layer is made from nationally standardized aluminum sheet, with thickness customizable to meet specific customer requirements. A wide variety of surface colors and patterns are available, including stone-look, wood-grain, and iridescent finishes. The insulation layer can be made from various Class A or Class B thermal-insulation materials, offering advantages such as environmental friendliness and zero pollution, fire resistance and thermal insulation, soundproofing, ease of installation, and cost reduction.
Finish layer: National-standard aluminum panels are used, with thickness customizable to meet specific customer requirements. Standard panel thicknesses include 1.0 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.5 mm, and 2.0 mm. A wide variety of surface colors and patterns are available, including stone-look finishes, wood-grain finishes, and iridescent finishes. The coating offers excellent corrosion resistance and weatherability, remaining colorfast for up to 25 years. Environmentally friendly, brand-name coatings are selected, ensuring reliable fire performance and full compliance with engineering fire safety acceptance standards.
Thermal insulation layer: Class A insulation materials include rock wool boards (RWS); Class B insulation materials include expanded polystyrene boards (EPS), graphite-enhanced expanded polystyrene boards (SEPS), extruded polystyrene boards (XPS), polyurethane boards (PUR), and phenolic boards (PF), among others.
