On the afternoon of September 24, 2019, Chen Yong, Secretary of the Dezhou Municipal Party Committee; Liu Bingguo, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor; Han Jianting, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People’s Congress; Zhai Changsheng, Chairman of the Municipal Political Consultative Conference; Zhang Chuanzhong, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, along with other leading officials from the city’s major party and government bodies, led a city-wide inspection and evaluation delegation for coordinated development to the Dezhou Jinsheng project site to conduct on-site observation and provide guidance. They also conducted detailed inquiries into the project’s status, construction progress, product specifications, and market conditions.
